Tennibot is a patented robotic tennis ball collector with an app built to control where to pick up the balls on the court. Getting to be a part of the creation of this robot from the beginning allowed me to fully understand our product as well as our target market so we could adjust the app capabilities accordingly.

MY ROLE
My role at Tennibot was unique in that it was my first experience working with a start up so I did a little bit of everything. The first step I took was establishing a Tennibot as a brand. This meant cleaning up the logo they had and putting guidelines around how it would be used and what we wanted the voice of the company to become.
I would go meet with investors to keep them up to date with our progress of the many prototypes being built. I was in charge of designing an array of promotional materials and magazine spreads and eventually began the development of our app.
I began wireframing for the app that allows the user to control when and where the Tennibot should move around the court collecting your tennis balls. We wanted to save players and coaches time so they could focus on the game and not the monotonous task of picking up after themselves.
